Using the service
These terms apply to Word Counter Online and its language subdomains. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your content
You retain your rights to the text you enter. You are responsible for your content and for having any permissions needed to use it. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to systems.
Tool results
Word counts, keyword statistics, reading times, and speaking times are generated automatically. Different software and languages may use different counting methods. Reading and speaking times are estimates. The spelling control relies on your browser’s available spell-checking features and is not a comprehensive grammar review.
Saving and availability
Text is saved in browser storage when available. Storage may be cleared, blocked, or lost; keep your own copy of important work. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free results, or permanent storage. Features may be changed or discontinued.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability, and the service provider is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on tool results, interruptions, or lost text. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
